Jasper lives in the village of Namubiru not far from the Chain Foundation orphanage where he attends school. Jasper is a child who was abandoned by his mentally ill mother and lives with his disabled father. Bob and Deidre Stimpson's sponsorship provides him clothing and food and allows him to continue his education.
