Once a month during the school year, our youth help lead worship by responding to the Gospel in words, art, poetry, reflections and music.
On a Sunday in November each year we celebrate our patron saint. Bring out your tartan and take in some bagpipe music.
In October we observe the Feast of St. Francis with a blessing of our pets. You are encouraged to bring four-footed, feathered, finned, or scaly friends to this celebration as we express gratitude for all God’s creatures.
Mindful of the great cloud of witnesses, on the evening of November 2, we gather at sunset by candlelight in the Garden of the Resurrection to remember by name those buried in that patch of Holy Ground.
At the early service on Christmas Eve, the children of St. Andrew’s participate in a dramatic telling of the birth of Jesus relishing their roles as angels, shepherds, wisemen, the Holy Family, and livestock!
In June during the Annual Parish Picnic at the Surf Club, the congregation honors our graduating high school seniors by sending them out into this new season of their lives with a blessing.
